Our Vision
Our vision is very simple – to deliver a first class service to our customers.

Our specialist services
Chadwick Corporate Consulting specialises in providing incorporation, company secretarial and corporate governance services.

We offer both a range of standard limited company compliance services and bespoke solutions.

Our standard limited company compliance services cover all the types of issues limited companies commonly need to deal with from formation onwards. These services are generally provided on a fixed-fee basis. For those companies which prefer to outsource their company secretarial requirements on an on-going basis, we are able to meet all your needs.

The made-to-measure services necessary for more complex projects or strategic transactions are available to provide the support your organisation needs, whatever stage it has reached in its development. We can provide additional resource for your Company Secretary and Board on either a regular or ad hoc basis, doing as much or as little as you require. Fees will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand and, depending on the type of work, can be on either an hourly or all-inclusive fee basis.

We believe in sticking to what we do best because we want our customers to know that the advice and services they receive from us cannot be beaten. When you need advice beyond these specialist areas, for example on tax, legal, HR or accounting matters, we can work with your existing advisers or refer you to one of our network of trusted consultants.

Of course it goes without saying that, whether your transaction is large or small, the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained at all times.
